Our Tuition and Discounts

Your tuition includes all materials needed, no hidden fees! Your tuition includes weekly classes, a beautifully illustrated songbook with family activity suggestions, a professionally recorded collection of songs that you can download to your device and our "Hello, Everybody" app that features more music activities and karaoke tracks.  Your instructor will share child music development information to help adults understand and enhance their child's experience. Families will also receive a quarterly e-newsletter and access to the national website. New families receive a booklet, "Music Together® At Home: Helping Your Child Grow Musically" - a guide for parents and caregivers.

Each calendar year we have three 9-week sessions: Fall, Winter and Spring.  We also have a 6-week Summer session and 4-week Holiday session (without the songbook). Tuition for these short sessions is significantly reduced.

NEW 4-week BABIES sessions are $100 for all families. 

"Nanny share" families need to register each child separately (unless they are siblings).

Payment Plan:

You now have the option to pay in two installments. This option requires your store your credit card information for the payment(s). We ask that you please check the box "store your card for future use" so we can simply take care of the next installment for you and its one less thing on your to-do list. There will be a $3 fee added to cover the credit card charges from the card companies.

Discounts
•    Loyalty Discount:  By committing to a full school year of Music Together^®, not only are you honoring the fact that children learn through repetition and giving your child the disposition to love making music, there's a bonus in it for you too! Your commitment and consistency pay off in the Spring, when you get 30% off of tuition after participating in our "Full Year", Fall, Winter & Spring, in that order.
•    Infant sibling discount: Infants under 8 months are free with a paying sibling. All other siblings receive a $40 discount.
•    Referrals: Refer a new family to Music Together of Charlotte and receive $25 off your tuition.  Just let us know when your friends register for a class, and we will send you the discount.
•    New Teacher Discount: Take a class with one of our new teachers and get a 10% discount (this is offered only for a new teacher's first session with us).
•    Teachers' Discount: As teachers of young children, we would like to reach out to all teachers grades k-12 and offer a 10% discount for your family to attend our classes. Please contact us to get the details.
•    Military: We respect and appreciate our military families and offer a discount for active-duty families.  Please contact us for more details.
•    Children with Special Needs: We welcome all children and have observed the benefits that Music Together provides to children with a wide variety of developmental and/or physical disabilities, including hearing, autism spectrum, Down syndrome. This also includes our special babies who have been in the NICU. We offer discounts to these families; please contact us to learn more.

Refunds

If circumstances force you to change your plans, please consider our refund policy.  We offer a full refund up to the day before the semester starts.  If you have received the materials, there is a $45 cancellation fee.  Once classes have started you may receive a half refund (or remaining classes, if less) minus the cancellation fee.  Absolutely no refunds or credits will be offered for missed classes. Should the community health situation dictate that it is no longer safe to hold in-person classes, all classes will be moved online to Zoom. Bad weather will move outside classes to Zoom. No refunds or credits will be offered for those circumstances beyond our control.
