Morgen Champney

Married in 2004, both Morgen and her husband, John moved to the Charlotte area to teach music! Morgen received her Masters Degree in Suzuki Violin Pedagogy at East Carolina University and teaches Suzuki violin. Morgen grew up in a musical home where every family event is punctuated with singing and playing music together. Both Morgen’s brothers and her dad play guitar, and anyone who isn’t playing music joins in singing! It’s crazy and wonderful and makes perfect sense that she has married a musician. Morgen has been teaching music to children for several years and can’t believe how much fun she has earning her living! What could be more fun than playing and listening to beautiful music all day? Morgen is a certified Music Together teacher, and can hold a grape in her right dimple.
